Nico Vero photographs rooms after midnight.
He works clubs and festivals across Europe — shooting the set, the floor and everything around the edges of both. The pictures are made with the light that is already in the room: house rigs, LED walls, a single red strip down a corridor.
Regular work includes Volt and Crudo on the club side, and Panorama and NoArt on the festival side. Between bookings he shoots on the street, which is where the travel work comes from.
